Machine features :

● Left and right chain have individual motor with inverter speed control. Individual air nozzles with more efficiency and energy saving result.
Air nozzle are easily installing, which easy for dust remove and maintenance Different kinds of nozzles can be used for different kinds of fabric finishing. Special designed chamber and service door are easily for maintenance. Up and down air flow can be adjusted.

● Padder
Maximum output pressure is 10 tons ,Rubber wheel can be placed inclined or horizontal ,It has liquid adding ,Water and dye liquor extrusion functions ,Achieves the right eveness of padder liquid ,Low residual shrinkage .Liquid tank pneumatic lifting and dumping ,Rapidly discharges .

● Overfeeding :
Wild range overfeeding adjustment range (-50%+100% ) between upper overfeed wheel and pins ,Meets the requirements of various fabrics
Left and right side pinning overfeed rate can be set a requested range individually .
Air compressed selvage expanding device ensures fully expanded selvedge before pinning

The tension of right and left can be individual adjusted

The hot air circulation filter draw out for cleaning ,easy maintain and improve efficiency of hot air circulation

Wind curtain shielding device installs at the entry and exit openning
All drive units are placed outside the chamber for simple maintenance
There is no lubrication site inside the chamber so as to avoid all kind of troubles caused by lack of lubrication management
Selvage gluing

Large capacity stainless steel gluing tank ,Reduced the workload of the operator easy to add glue and mix it
Side wheel position device ,Convenient to quick adjustment of side wheel working position

Selvage trimming
When the outer edge of sizing fabric is removed at the exit ,The lower wheel and blade are designed to be vertical ,So the edge can be trimmed at the end and the loss can be minimized .
