Fabric feed-in combinations
The basic structure of fabric feed-in combinations is composed of fabric feed-in frame ,expanding centering device ,padder ,speed synchronizing device and photoelectric weft straightening device ( Optional ) The effect of these combination is fabrics after expanded centered under low tension .Passed padder and exturded water ,added auxiliaries and through speed synchronizing device precisely controlled its tension between padder and photoelectric weft straightening device can effectively correct deformation weft arcs and skews from previous processing steps meet all kinds of process requirements before pinning .

Maximum output pressure is 10 tons ,Rubber wheel can be placed inclined or horizontal it has liquid adding , water and dye liquor extrusion functions ,Achieves the right evenness of padding liquid .Low residual shrinkage ,Liquid tank pneumatic lifting and dumping ,rapidly discharge .
