Working Principle of Tensionless Dryer

The fabric is laid on the transporting belt of the relax dryer machine at the feeding unit, which includes the overfeeding roller and a special apron. The fabric is ideally guided in wave form through the drier. The nozzle alignment forces the fabric to a fast and intensive drying, which includes tumbling effect. The moisture control in the chambers is optimized for energy saving. A steaming and vibration chamber enhances the bulkiness and supports the shrinkage process. The exit unit is composed of an inclined wooden lathed belt to cool down the fabrics before plaiting.
Every chamber is equipped with manual lint filters, which can easily be cleaned during operation. Optionally an automatic lint filter system can be built in instead. The process control is easily monitored via , HMI equipped with touch screen panel.

Structure of Tensionless Dryer

 

Feed system: Used to convey wet material to the inside of the dryer. The feeding system usually includes conveyor belts, screw conveyors or other types of material handling equipment to ensure that the material can enter the dryer smoothly.

 

Hot air system: Responsible for providing hot air for drying. The hot air system usually consists of a burner, a hot air generator and a fan. The burner burns fuel to produce high-temperature flue gas, and the hot air generator mixes the flue gas with fresh air and heats it, and then sends the hot air into the dryer through the fan.

 

Drying chamber: It is the main space for drying materials. There are usually one or more conveyor belts in the drying room, and the materials move continuously on the conveyor belts while being blown by hot air to achieve the purpose of drying. The temperature and humidity in the drying room can be adjusted by controlling the hot air system.

 

Discharging system: Used to discharge the dried materials from the dryer machine.The discharge system usually includes a discharge port and a discharge conveying device, such as a conveyor belt or a screw conveyor, so that the dried material can be smoothly sent out of the dryer.

 

Operation Process of Tensionless Dryer
 

After driving, check whether the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and safety guards are in good condition. Set the temperature according to the process requirements, then turn on the circulating fan, and set the speed of the main engine as 15m/min in the heating stage, and the cloth can be put on when the set temperature is reached. After meeting the requirements for the upper cloth, open the active brush wheel, press the cloth on the needle plate, and make the two sides as flush as possible. In addition, put down the passive brush wheel and tighten the fabric. When starting the main engine, you should ring the bell to notify the operator at the rear of the vehicle. When the cloth reaches the rear of the vehicle, you should put on the cloth at the fastest speed, and tighten the fabric. The rear personnel should cooperate with each other before calling and responding.

The safety cover should be intact at the cloth entry and exit points of the machine, so as to prevent the needle cloth clip from hooking the sleeve, and in addition to prevent the chain from breaking and flying out and hurting people.

The rolling car rope pulls the emergency stop switch and the cloth feeding safety handle is reliable and effective. It is necessary to stop the cloth when the cloth is operated, and the upper roller is pressed and lifted.

The grey fabric must be seamed, and no knots are allowed to prevent damage to the rubber roller and cause an accident.

After shutdown, the cooling should be reported to the heat transfer oil furnace room. Then stop the operation of the circulating fan, open the door to cool down, and run the main engine and the top exhaust fan alone.
