Application

The double-air duct stenter setting machine designed by our team is suitable for the finishing of various textile fabrics, especially elastic fabrics and sensitive fabrics. This model has high efficiency, low energy consumption, independent and uniform temperature box design, and gives the fabric low tension.

Infeeding combination：

Our textile machinery offers standard infeed combination which is designed to match the requirements of most kinds of fabric treatment process .

Padder :

On padders with automatic quick cleaning the through supplied with a system for quick draining and quick cleaning .

Padder standard

Two bowl pad mangle suitable for finishing and dehydration process .One squeeze roller is designed as a solid core pressure roller with a crown to apply uniform pressure .

Stenter infeed section :

Large overfeed pinning adjustment range (-10%+60% ) to accommodate the various amounts of shrinkage encountered for different fabrics

The selvedge tension can be set separately for right and left hand sides control

Mechanical spreading unit

Mechanical scroll spindles either two three or four on each side

Pneumatic uncurling unit ,specially for elastic ( single jersey cotton )

Outlet for woven fabric

Outlet with driven pulling roller and big batch winding up to 2000mm( Max) the plaiter can be included as an optional plaiter

Outlet for knitting fabrics

Outlet with driven pulling roller and a plaiter . Optionally an ascending batch winder on cardboard tubes up to 600mm diameter ( Max) can be included .
