Process flow :
Open-width feeding fabric → fabric tensioning device → infrared centering device → photoelectric weft straightener → rectifying deviation, expanding, spreading device → screw thread spreading roller → front overfeeding device → edge detector → pinning on / clipping on → chambers setting → cold air cooling → pinning off / clipping off → back overfeeding → cold water roller for cooling → open-width swinging doffing / batching doffing.
