Rope Opening Line Bleaching, washing, dyeing and reprocessing are used for opening both knitted and woven fabrics. It allows high working speeds and guarantees excellent results in terms of fabric opening without manual intervention.


Detwister It is used to relieve tension coming from the rope, it provides the most suitable twist opening without elongation. Made entirely of stainless steel.

Technical Specifications

Tubular Rope Opener is mainly applicable after rope dyeing. It is used to slit & open roped fabric and has been specially designed for continuous high speed operation in automatic mode. Raisable Frame and Automatic Detwister

5Hydraulic Turntable - Option

Controlled by fulid power, 1800mm diameter, for fabric carriage rotation in heavy duty conditions. It facilitate the operation of rope detwisting after washing or dyeing.

Tube slitting system for untwisting and slitting open tubular knitted fabrics. The drop stitch is automatically detected by the tube slitting system and cut open according to the reference line. Then, the slit web is spread out and guided to the web center using a segmented roller guider system. Hydraulic Turntable
