Tubular compactor machine equipped with 20mm seamless felt, magnetic levitation separate holder, electric oil cylinder, automatic hydraulic precise folder. It is mainly used for the preshrinking process of cotton.
Fabrics Tubular Compactor
Application :
The machine is mainly used for pre-shrinking and shaping of natural fiber
cylinder knitted fabrics, such as pure cotton, hemp and wool. The pre-shrinking rate is
up to 10%, and the shrinkage can be generally controlled at about 3%. It is a
necessary equipment for processing high-grade fabrics.
Technical flow:
Constant tensionless infeed -- four wheels overfeeding and expanding -- steam humidification -- double felts compacting -- cooling air -- precise folding
Machine Construction:
1. Constant tension feeding device. The device is composed of a frame, an active
traction roller, a R-type cloth storage box, a sliding plate, a pedal and a
photoelectric control system.
2. Overfeeding device and cloth support. Four overfeeding wheel drive. The
cloth support is a new type of magnetic absorption separation shuttle. There is
no connection between the left and right shuttle plates. The width of the cloth
support can be adjusted between 350-1600mm without replacing the support
plate.
3. Steaming device. It is a double-layer structure made of stainless steel.
4. Pre-shrinking device. The pre-shrinking and setting mechanism is the core
device of the machine, which is composed of a set of steam medium drying
cylinders, a set of 20mm thick high temperature resistant annular blanket and
damping plates. The fabric enters the mechanism through steam
humidification, and the fabric is pre-shrunk between damping plate and
blanket. After the fabric is separated from the damping plate, it enters the
setting area between the drying cylinder and the blanket. It is processed under
the high-temperature ironing and extrusion of the drying cylinder to obtain a
stable width and produce a glossy and soft effect on the fabric surface.
5. Conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is a Teflon ring net, which can make the
fabric not slip during transportation. Its speed is adjusted by the stacker motor
and does not produce tension on the fabric.
6. Stacking mechanism. The cloth stacking mechanism is composed of a pair of
reciprocating cloth guiding rollers, cloth pressing rods, lifting platform and
hydraulic system. The lifting motion of the lifting table is controlled by
hydraulic pressure, and the cloth stacking table will automatically descend to
a certain height for each certain thickness of fabric stacking. Each cloth can
be automatically exported by conveyor belt after stacking.
7. Drive mechanism. The whole machine is driven by five reduction motors,
respectively controlled by frequency converter and PLC, and operated by
human-machine interface.
