Machine Usage:

● Fabric compacting machine is used for cotton,fibre,wool and others natural fiber tubular knitting fabrics presetting finishing.

● After treated by the machine,the fabrics will have good handfeeling,gloss surface

● shrinkage can reach 18%,washing shrinkage can be controlled below 5%,the top grade fabrics must be accompanied with our tubular compactor machine.

● The compacting unit adopts seamless felt(thickness is 20mm) and PTFE damping plates,which could guruantee the fabrics will have low washing shrinkage and soft handfeeling.

Machine Skilled design:

●Equips both telescopic rod shuttles and maglev separation shuttles.

When working for narrow fabrics（width 350～1200mm）,use telescopic type rod shuttles,take fully advantage of its reliable and durable features,suitable for big pull force fabrics.

When working for wide fabrics(width 800～1500mm,)use maglev separation shuttles,take fully advantage of its easy to operate,not easy to produce weft curve features.

● The drying cylinder has three seperate built-in heating method: steam heating,electric oil heating,and circulating oil heating from outside.

● Customer could choose double heating method: steam+electric oil; Circulating oil+electric oil.

Steam+electrical oil:when work for cottong fabrics,drying cylinder temperature is 120℃,choose the cheaper steam as heating source,while worked for blender(Cotton+Poly)fabrics,choose the electric oil heating source,drying cylinder temperature can reach to 180℃

Circulating oil+electric oil: both the heating source can reach 180℃,when the circulatingoil is not enough(lack of circulating oil),do not need to stop working

Fully automatic hydraulic type precise folding machine,fold the fabrics neatly.
