Machine Usage:
Tubular relaxation dryer is used for tubular fabrics and open width fabrics drying,suitable for cotton,blender and polyester.
During drying,the fabrics are being supported by the net belts all the time,upper and lower nozzles are blower ,the fabrics are moving in wave form,after several times vibrating and beating,the moisture will be evaporated,and the fabrics are dried gradually.
During the whole drying process,the fabrics are in relax status,release the inside tension force fully,after preshrinking and setting to reach the ideal results
Machine characters:
1. The nozzles adopts Germany technology,upper nozzle will blow to seven directions.unique nozzle design,which could really realize the fabrics different position could be blowed from all sides,the fabrics move in wave shape,so the shrinking result will be the best. The shrinking rate could be 8%-10%.
2. The fan impeller adopts bolt to connect,could be disassemble completely,easy to maintain.
3. Alunium-steel composite fin pipe heat exchanger,which could raise temperature fastly,high efficient.
4. The air duct could be opened completely,very easy to clean the fibers inside of the nozzles.
