Machine usage :

Tension-less slitter machine is used for wet fabric facilitate the opening and slitting of rope tubular knitted fabric after washing, dyeing and reprocessing.

Machine configuration :

Turn table ： It makes the untwisting of the fabric easier by operation in synchrony with the detwister ,The structure is completely in stainless steel and equipped with hydraulic motors for processing heavy trolleys .

J-Box rope squeezer : It reduces the amount of water inside the tubular fabric prior entry the detwister in order to decrease the weigh of fabric and avoid elongation .It works in perfect synchrony with the machine and is completely made in stainless steel.

With Siemens motor ,Detect fabric joint and stop .No fabric stop and fabric Piled stop .

Relax scray : It allow relaxation of fabric after cutting ,with lower cleaning ,recommended for process that produce enzyme residues . 

Driven relaxation belt : Allows relaxation of the fabric after slitting .

Automatic detwister (fixed height 6m)

Both hand and automatic operation is allowed, adjustable detwisting sensitivity, precise detwisting, active driving method to reduce tension. Motor brand German Nord brand.

Centering device

It’s realized by one line of eudipleural infrared and 1pair of correction rolls (covered with roughened rubber). When fabric run off and cover the left side or right side infrared, infrared will give this signal to correction rolls by sensor. Then correction rollers will work and move fabric to center.

The main machine control device-PLC

Siemens PLC communication control, all electrical parts is from Siemens brand, can remote your operating system ( for example, if machine control system have problem, we can remote control software and solve it).

Washing tank :

Removes residuals enzymatic treatment so that fabric is clean for subsequent drying process.

Squeezing padder :

Used to remove excess fluid from the fabric . Guarantees excellent results in terms of squeezing and moisture balance without compromising fabric quality .
