common problem
In the process of production and sales of dryers, there are some common problems, such as the one-time drying of raw materials and the problem of raw materials catching fire in the dryer. Reasons for the raw material not drying at one time: the dryer is too small; the air pressure and flow of the air network are incorrectly calculated; the dryer is not used properly. Solution: Increase the temperature of the dryer, but this method is easy to cause fire in the dryer. The method is to replace or re-modify the drying equipment; ask the dryer manufacturer to recalculate the wind pressure and flow, and then provide a design change plan according to the actual situation ; Negotiate with the dryer manufacturer to obtain the equipment manual to learn the correct use method. Reasons for the ignition of raw materials in the dryer: improper use of the dryer equipment; forced heating caused the fire because the dryer equipment is too small to achieve the drying effect; there is a problem with the design principle of the dryer equipment Solution: negotiate with the manufacturer to obtain the equipment manual Learn how to use the dryer correctly; replace or modify the dryer equipment; ask the manufacturer to replace or modify the dryer equipment; check whether the dryer equipment is installed correctly, leaks or increases air pressure.
Run-in period
Before the dryer enters normal work, there will be a period of adaptation (run-in period, generally 3 days). This period is to ensure that the dryer can work normally during the formal production process and minimize the number of dryers. The probability of accidents, correct operation during the adaptation period can prolong the service life of the dryer, so be sure to pay attention to the details of each operation during this period. 1. Before the start of the adaptation period, the operator of the dryer should receive strict training from the manufacturer on the structure, operation, different performance, and daily problem solving of the dryer, and be familiar with the instruction manual of the slime dryer. 2. During the adaptation period, it should be noted that the lubrication, cooling, braking, etc. of the dryer should be checked frequently, and the sealing of each part of the dryer that needs to be sealed should also be checked. The proficiency of the dryer will also affect the dryer when operating the dryer. After receiving the training, the personnel should follow the instructions for correct operation and maintenance; ensure that the working load of the dryer does not exceed 80% of the rated value. In addition, the workload should be appropriate so that the dryer cannot be overheated due to prolonged operation. After the adaptation period, you should be reminded that you should force the dryer equipment to carry out maintenance, check each equipment and all the replacement work that needs to be done; the dryer equipment should be kept clean, all parts should be prevented from loosening, and the wear and tear caused by loosening should be reduced. or missing parts.
Bearing Maintenance
The shaft of the bearing crusher bears the full load of the bearing machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the bearing life, which directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil must be clean and the seal must be good. The main oil filling place of the machine (1) Rotary bearing (2) Roller bearing (3) All gears (4) Active bearing and sliding plane. 1. The newly installed tires are prone to loosening and must be checked frequently. 2. Pay attention to whether the work of each part of the machine is normal. 3. Pay attention to check the wear degree of the wear-resistant parts, and pay attention to replace the worn parts at any time. 4. On the bottom frame plane of the movable device, dust and other objects should be removed to prevent the movable bearing from moving on the chassis when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, resulting in serious accidents. 5. If the bearing oil temperature rises, stop immediately to check the cause be eliminated. 6. If there is an impact sound when the rotating gear is running, stop it immediately to check and eliminate it.
Anti-rust
For dryers that often handle corrosive materials, we must do a good job of anti-corrosion. Usually dryers are composed of flat plates, cylinders and welded parts, and the anti-corrosion methods of dryers for different parts and purposes are also different. The commonly used anti-corrosion methods mainly include the following three: First, electrostatic powder spraying method. Electrostatic powder spraying is a method of coating a new type of powder coating on the barrel of the dryer. Many manufacturers use the old-fashioned method of spraying liquid paint on the dryer cylinder, but these liquid paints contain a large amount of organic solvents such as ester ketones and hydrocarbons, which are flammable and explosive and very unsafe. It causes a lot of troubles to production, construction, storage and transportation, etc., and such liquids are usually toxic, which will cause serious pollution to the environment after volatilizing into the air. When we manufacture dryers, we usually use cold-rolled stainless steel, which is very expensive and does not have superior corrosion resistance when replaced with ordinary carbon steel. The corrosion resistance of the powder coating used by the electrostatic powder coating method is completely comparable to that of stainless steel. We can use ordinary carbon steel instead of stainless steel. Moreover, this type of powder coating has the characteristics of toughness, durability and good decorative properties, and has excellent outdoor weather resistance and heat resistance. It can replace the dryer made of stainless steel, which greatly reduces the cost. Second, the welds are welded using austenitic nickel-chromium stainless steel. Many parts of the dryer must be welded, and the materials used in old-fashioned welding often break and corrode. It has a serious impact on the life of the dryer. The difference between austenitic nickel-chromium stainless steel and ordinary carbon steel is that the thermal conductivity is poor, the expansion coefficient is large during heating, and the resistance value is high. These characteristics limit the need for special methods when welding this material. However, the corrosion resistance of this steel is extremely high. Third, passivation and phosphating. In the manufacture and production of dryers, many parts are made of carbon steel. If the working time is long, it is easy to cause a lot of rust on the surface, and a lot of manual rust removal work is often required. The passivation and phosphating methods are mainly through electrical and electrochemical reactions, and through one-time treatment, the surface of the steel workpiece covered with rust can show the original color of the metal, and at the same time, a dense anti-rust film layer is formed on the metal surface. After using this method, it will not cause rust even if we put the device in a humid environment. And this method is very simple, can save a lot of manpower and material resources, reduce investment, is the most widely used anti-corrosion method.
Troubleshooting
When inspecting and judging the failure of the dryer, the theory and practice should be combined as much as possible, and the comprehensive methods such as visual, auditory, and olfactory tests should be used for analysis: First, use visual judgment. The so-called visual judgment is to observe the changes in the readings of each instrument of the dryer, the condition of each connecting component, the leakage of each joint and sealing surface, whether there is any abnormality in each oil and water, and the heating condition of the motor. The second uses auditory judgment. The so-called auditory judgment is to listen to whether the sound emitted by the components of the dryer is normal. If there is an abnormal phenomenon, it is necessary to determine the source of the abnormal sound. The third uses olfactory judgment. The so-called olfactory judgment is to use the nose to smell the various parts of the dryer and whether the oil at the parts has an abnormal odor. Among the many washing equipment, the linen dryer is indispensable. The linen dryer is used for dehydration after washing the clothes. The task is to remove the moisture in the clothes, so as to achieve the purpose of drying the clothes. Generally speaking, the linen dryer includes a rotating drum, the inner drum rotates rapidly through the driving action of the transmission belt, so that the water molecules are separated from the clothes under the action of centrifugal force, and the hot air around the drum evaporates, so that the remaining A small amount of water molecules in the clothes are fully volatilized to achieve drying of the linen, which is quite simple and convenient to use.
