The working principle of ordinary conventional dryer

Under the action of the blower of the dryer, the fresh cold air from the outside directly exchanges heat with the heater through the air inlet and becomes dry hot air, and then exchanges heat with the clothes tumbling in the drum and is discharged from the machine. Under the action of dry hot air, the moisture is gradually evaporated and dried. Since the evaporation of moisture in the clothes needs to absorb and consume heat energy, the exhaust air temperature of the dryer gradually increases as the moisture in the clothes decreases. The main problems are that the exposed heat dissipation of the heater and the heat dissipation of the casing are wasteful, and the fluctuation of the steam pressure has a great influence on the energy consumption.

It consists of a horizontal cylindrical cylinder, an exhaust pipe, a feeding device, a discharging device, a spiral device in the cylinder, a cleaning device, a feeding plate, a draft device, a transmission device, a dust removal device and an electric control device.

Performance characteristics

1. Solve the problem of water vapor returning to the material after the temperature of the system decreases during the co-directional movement caused by the downstream dehumidification of the traditional dryer;

2. During the drying process, the hot air moves forward from the tail, fully contacting the material, and making full use of the heat transfer through heat conduction, convection and radiation;

3. Through the internal spiral stirring, sweeping, and plate copying, the material movement is promoted to complete the entire drying process;

4. Countercurrent conduction dehumidification to avoid reducing repeated drying procedures.
