l Germany brand digital type tension sensor, which could display the tension value of the fabrics from tenter frame to felt on the touch screen, and the machine could adjust the speed to adjust the tension automatically. So it could control the tension of the fabrics.

l Two pieces felt with 270 degree wrap angle,Big compacting area,better compacting result.

l Equips coolant air device,thus,fabrics could get stable size 

Open width compactor usage :

Open width compactor is used for compacting the knitting open form fabric .Open width compacting machine is a combination machine of pin plate stenter and felt compactor .The machine is mainly processing 100% cotton , silk ,wool natural fabrics in open width form . 

It is used in continuous spreading ,centering m pinning fabric selvedge on the needles ,widening with overfeeding and correction the weft and width ,steaming ,gumming drying and trimming the fabrics selvedge . steaming calendeing cooling and plaiting
